+
+### Prerequisite: Hugo Extended
+
+You'll need to install Hugo Extended for this theme to test it locally, since this theme uses SCSS.
+- On Windows:
+  - Using [Chocolatey](https://chocolatey.org/):
+    ```powershell
+    choco install hugo-extended # remember, you might need admin privs
+    ```
