Hell, this would even qualify as bait-and-switch advertising, considering that loops.video is being promoted as a 'good thing' for users, without disclosing the predatory data license terms (they're disclosed only in the ToS, and then misleadingly in the FAQ, where you have to click a drop-down, which doesn't disclose the loss of moral rights to the data while claiming the user retains ownership).
