Two days have passed. I’ve found that <ahref="https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-1087/alpha-gpc">Alpha-GPC should be dosed at twice what I’ve been using. Today’s the first day that I’ve done that.

It took about 90 minutes to kick in. I’ve taken it with the other supplements - L-Theanine and Lion’s Mane. I had some matcha as well, for the caffeine boost. Despite being a Sunday, and me feeling lazy, and not having slept very well…

I’m genuinely being productive. In 40 minutes I did an amount of work that would normally take me at least a few hours - simply by being able to focus and not have distractions.

There are some parts to this.

The Alpha-GPC is undoubtedly affecting my ability to focus and do work, in a significant way. I didn’t expect this to be the case, but the change is profound.

The L-Theanine… I can’t tell if it’s doing anything. I certainly feel less stressed and more relaxed, but I don’t have any way of confirming that’s the case.

I can’t say anything about the Lion’s Mane caps yet. It’s not been long enough.

I have been able to truly focus today, and without distractions at that. It’s certainly a factor in the increase of my productivity - the vast majority of my work has been reliant on constantly switching contexts, which is a huge obstacle for me (personally) being effective.

Overall, I am extremely happy with this. These supplements are reasonably cheap, and for what they do, they’re very much worth the price for me.

Being able to focus effortlessly (relative to my normal), and actually think in-depth about the projects I’m working on is a godsent.

It’s not PERFECT, by any means, but the difference is very clear to me.
